Monthly online classes

Twice a month, I offer 75-minute online classes on Zoom:
one Vinyasa class and one Yin class, alternating every 2 weeks.

Class dates are shared around two weeks in advance.

  • Single class: 15€

  • Monthly pass (2 classes: Vinyasa + Yin): 25€

If you can’t join live or would like to repeat the class, a recording link will be sent after the session and will remain available for one month.

PRIVATE CLASSES

Unlike group classes, private sessions are entirely built around you, your energy levels, your questions, your needs.
A one on one class gives you the space to:

  • Move at your own rhythm

  • Receive detailed feedback and adjustments

  • Work with an injury and learn how to adapt your practice

  • Explore pranayama and meditation beyond just physical poses

  • Work toward specific goals (injury recovery, strenght, better sleep..)

  • Build a practice that fits your life and you can sustain.

What to Expect

Whether you choose a one-off class or a package (which I always recommend!), we will start by discussing your goals and shape the practice together.

From there, we move into a guided class/es tailored to your focus—whether it's alignment, breath, strength, mobility, or inner stillness.

Details

  • 60/75-minute sessions, in person or online

  • Held in English or Italian

  • Can be booked as single sessions or in a multi-class package.

Pricing

Private sessions range from €75 to €140, depending on length, location and whether one or more people participate.

MEET LAURA

Laura Cemin
Visual artist, choreographer, yoga and meditation teacher

I'm an Italian former ballet dancer and now a visual and performance artist. Yoga played a transformative role in my life, helping me reconnect with my body after years of neglect. It allowed me to rediscover the pleasure of movement and confront aspects I had been avoiding.

While emphasising proper alignment and technique, I encourage students to understand, appreciate, and respect their bodies as they practice on the mat.
