Roots to Presence
1:1 support to grow strong roots for your meditation journey
Whenever I share my love for meditation, people tend to give me a weird look and say, “Oh, I could never meditate.”
I understand that reaction so well, because I used to believe the same thing! Meditation seemed like something meant only for monks on mountaintops, or for people with endless free time, not for someone with a busy, messy, everyday life like mine.
I started meditating because everyone said it was supposed to be good for me. As a very active woman, working as an independent artist, I was dealing with stress and uncertainty on a daily basis. So I sat down, not really knowing what to do. And surely, my practice felt like a burden.
I had so many questions with no one to ask. Doubts kept coming: “Am I doing this right? Is it even working?”
It took me a long time to find a teacher I could trust and a tradition that felt like home. But once I did, everything shifted. Meditation stopped being another task on my to-do list and turned into something I looked forward to—a moment of pause, a delicious treat for my mind and body. Over time, I began to notice the ripple effects. My relationships softened, my sleep improved, and even the way I moved through daily life felt more grounded.
That’s what I want to share with you: the sweetness and the quiet strength of meditation, so you can discover what it can bring into your own life.
