Hi there, I’m Laura.
I’m a former ballet dancer, a dedicated yoga student, and an enthusiastic teacher of this ancient, ever-relevant practice. Originally from Italy and now based in Helsinki, I bring to my teaching a deep love for movement and a warm, curious approach to the body.
Yoga has played a transformative role in my life. After years of disconnect and neglect, it helped me come back home to myself. It taught me to move with more presence, to soften, to pay attention—and also to meet the parts of me I used to avoid. That journey is ongoing, and it’s what continues to inspire my practice and my teaching every day.
I’m certified in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga, and I’m currently completing my 300-hour SmartFlow training with Annie Carpenter. My classes blend alignment, thoughtful sequencing, and a touch of playfulness. I love weaving in pranayama, meditation, and sometimes chanting (especially if there’s a harmonium nearby).
My wish is to offer you what I’ve gathered through years of practice—and what I keep learning, over and over again. I’ll share the delicious bits (which are many and so sweet!) and also the not-so-pretty struggles that come with showing up honestly.
If you’re curious about working together, want more details about a class or retreat, or just feel like saying hi, I’d love to hear from you.
