In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll break down poses such as Crow, Side Crow, Bhujapidasana, Elephant Trunk and Flying Pigeon* while developing the strength, flexibility, and technique to approach them with confidence. Let’s have some fun together!
After the workshop, you’ll also receive a bundle of videos with drills and pose breakdowns, so you can continue practicing them at home.

Sun Salutations are the backbone of many yoga practices, but often we move through them quickly, without fully understanding each posture. In this workshop, we’ll break down the different types of Sun Salutations, explore the principles behind each pose, and learn how to modify them according to your body’s needs.
You’ll gain a deeper understanding of the sequence, making it easier to remember and more meaningful to practice. (And if you don’t memorize it all in two hours, no worries—you’ll leave with a handy cheat sheet to support your home practice.)
We’ll also take time to answer your questions and explore the philosophy behind Surya Namaskar—so you can begin to build a personal, sustainable practice at home.

Introduction to Meditation for Yogis

Many yoga practitioners are first drawn to the practice through its physicality. But soon, we realize there is much more beyond the shapes we can make with the body. The mind becomes more regulated, a sense of stillness appears, and awareness grows subtler. At some point, we start to flirt with the idea of meditating.
But how to start? How do we overcome the challengesand how to stay consistent?
This workshop offers a supportive introduction to meditation, tailored for yoga practitioners who want to expand their practice beyond movement.
We will dive into:
The benefits of meditation
The connection between breath and stillness
Secular vs spiritual approaches to meditation
Common challenges that arise and how to troubleshoot them
Foundational meditation techniques and traditions
Sitting vs walking meditation
How to build a consistent practice
Guided meditation together
Moreover, you will receive two guided meditations to use at home, so you can continue your journey feeling held.
